1 can evaporated milk (place in freezer 3-4 hours before making this recipe)
1 pack Oreo cookies
1/3 cup melted butter
1 pack of Trotters raspberry jelly
3/4 cup hot water


  1. Finely crush the cookies in a food processor
  2. Mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter and press into a baking dish and set aside
  3. Dissolve the jelly in hot water and chill until partially set
  4. Whip partially set jelly until fluffy
  5. Whip the chilled milk until it is fluffy and fold into the jelly mixture
  6. Pour into the Oreo cookie crust and freeze
  7. Garnish with whipping cream and fresh berries
