1 can evaporated milk (place in freezer 3-4 hours before making this recipe)
1 pack Tennis biscuits
1/3 cup melted butter
1pack of Trotters greengage jelly powder
3/4 cup hot water


  1. Finely crush the cookies in a food processor
  2. Mix crushed biscuits with the melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking dish and set aside
  3. Dissolve the jelly in hot water and chill until partially set
  4. Stir in the chilled milk and then fold into the jelly mixture
  5. Pour over the cookie crust and refrigerate
  6. Garnish with whipping cream and serve
